Return & Refund Policy

Each Rep Your City item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are produced after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at kdhdesigns2026@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Sizing
Please review the size information provided on the product page before ordering. Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot exchange or refund items because the wrong size was selected by the customer.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to cancel or make changes.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit-card provider.
